Qualifications: Certification in Nursing, EMT or other equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities: Reviewing health forms; dispensing medications; providing health care, as needed.
Must remain on-site when campers are present.

Qualifications: Enjoy Christian Education outdoors; have some experience in the church camp setting; able to be a good role model.
Previous attendance in a CIT leadership program is preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities: Supervising children and youth; helping to create program activities that stimulate each camper’s spiritual, physical and psychological growth; insure camper safety and well-being; leading a variety of activities including worship, Bible Study, theme time and more; assisting other Program Leaders in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of each camp.

Responsibilities: Help to create a safe and healthy environment by working with Maintenance Director to perform all regular maintenance tasks in buildings and on grounds.

The LIT program is designed to train and provide hands-on experience for future camp counselors. This volunteer program is to provide youth an opportunity to grow in their spiritual development and understanding of working with children in the Outdoor Ministry setting while living in a unique community.
