| HEALTH CARE OFFICER | Minimum Age: 21
Qualifications: Certification in Nursing, EMT or other equivalent credentials. Responsibilities: Reviewing health forms; dispensing medications; providing health care, as needed. |

| PROGRAM LEADERS | Minimum Age: 18 with completion of his/her freshman year of college OR one year beyond high school graduation.
Qualifications: Enjoy Christian Education outdoors; have some experience in the church camp setting; able to be a good role model. Responsibilities: Supervising children and youth; helping to create program activities that stimulate each campers spiritual, physical and psychological growth; insure camper safety and well-being; leading a variety of activities including worship, Bible Study, theme time and more; assisting other Program Leaders in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of each camp. |

| WATERFRONT DIRECTOR | Minimum Age: 21
Qualifications: Responsibilities: Ensuring the safety of all campers and guests using the waterfront or pool; maintaining the upkeep of waterfront equipment and grounds; supervising other Lifeguard Staff. |

| LIFEGUARD SUPPORT STAFF | Minimum Age: 16

| MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT | Minimum Age: 18
Qualifications: Skilled in lawn and ground maintenance, building sanitation, repairs and general clean-up. Responsibilities: Help to create a safe and healthy environment by working with Maintenance Director to perform all regular maintenance tasks in buildings and on grounds. |

| ASSISTANT COOK | Minimum Age: 18
Qualifications: Experience in food services preferred. Responsibilities: Assisting the Food service Manager with food preparation, cooking and clean-up of meals; Assisting in kitchen, linens, restroom, and dining hall clean-up. |

| KITCHEN HELPER-DISHWASHER | Minimum Age: 16
Qualifications: Experience in food services preferred. Responsibilities: Assisting the Food service Manager with food preparation, serving and clean-up of meals; Assisting in kitchen, linens, restroom, and dining hall clean-up. |

Qualifications: Must attend training event and meet all requirements per training. The LIT program is designed to train and provide hands-on experience for future camp counselors. This volunteer program is to provide youth an opportunity to grow in their spiritual development and understanding of working with children in the Outdoor Ministry setting while living in a unique community.
