Why Attend a Confirmation Retreat?
Outdoor Retreat Ministries is excited about the fact that you, as a youth, are looking into this important issue of joining your local United Methodist Church. We want to encourage and participate with you and other youth as you enter into this significant decision in your life. Our intent is to offer a fun but informative week-end where you and others can explore what it means to be United Methodist.
Participating in this retreat will also provide you with an opportunity to meet other youth within our Annual Conference who are engaged in the same process you are.

Dates and other Important Information
Fall 2008 Confirmation Camp dates:
  
Oct 17-18 at (Wesley Woods)
Nov 14-15 at (Reynoldswood)
Nov 21-22  at (Wesley Woods)


What to Bring:
• Sleeping bag or linens/pillow • Flashlight
• Personal items/toiletries • Closed toe shoes for activities
• Casual comfortable clothes for daytime
 • Pencil/Paper
• Warmer clothes for evenings • Bible
• Jacket for cooler weather • Bug Spray (optional)

Please RSVP at least 4 weeks prior to the event you wish to attend.
Reservations on a first-come first-served basis.
Cost: $49.00 per each person.
Cost includes 1 nights lodging; snack; breakfast and lunch; program supplies and instruction.
Please bring 1 adult for every 6 youth.
Retreat begins at 7:30 pm on Friday evening and ends by 4:00 pm on Saturday afternoon.

Please note that Confirmation Retreats are held at both Wesley Woods Conference Center and Reynoldswood Christian Camp. Choose the location and dates that work best for you and your group.
