Outdoor Retreat Ministries presents Summer Camp Reunion 2008 |
WHO: The Outdoor Retreat Ministries Summer and Year Round Staff run Summer camp reunions for your child/teen. Your child/teen is invited to bring a friend. The Reunions are not just a time for your child/teen to connect with their summer camp friends, but also with positive adult role models that have had an impact on them. WHERE & WHEN: There are TWO Reunions. Your child/teen should attend the reunion at the site where they or their friend went to summer camp. The Wesley Woods Conference Center Reunion 250 Stam Street Williams Bay Wisconsin March 8—Drop off is at 4pm Check in at the Dining Hall March 9—pick up is at 3pm (Please feel free to carpool; if your teen is 16+ and wants to drive we will collect keys of those under 18 at check in) The Reynolydswood Christian Camp Reunion 621 Reynolydswood Road Dixon, Illinois March 29—Drop off is at 3 (an hour earlier than the Wesley Woods Reunion) Check in will be at the Dining Hall March 30—Pick up t time is at 3pm (Please feel free to carpool; if your teen is 16+ and wants to drive we will collect keys of those under 18 at check in) WHAT: We have got a lot of fun stuff planned for your child/teen. We will be playing games making a craft, sharing a campfire, eating meals together and discussing how it can be difficult during the winter when we are away from camp to lead a Christian lifestyle. We will also be having a worship service Sunday morning after breakfast. Here is a list of things your child should bring with them: We would like each child/teen to bring a snack to share. This can be anything from a bag a pretzels to home made brownies. (Please do not bring pop or energy drinks) PLEASE DO NOT BRING While at the reunion your child will eat dinner, a snack, breakfast and lunch.
