Our staff can develop a program for any age level you wish to minister to. Our programs are usually based upon our theme for the summer.
However, we can also provide a Vacation Bible School progam dealing with a theme such as: "We are One Chruch, Many Members," "God Calls Us to Peace," or a theme of your choice. Our staff are certified in Standard First Aid and CPR. They bring with them songs, games, and crafts to help create a memorable experience. |

| TEAM BUILDING | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
The Team Building Course is a program which seeks to give groups a series of clearly defined physical and mental problems in which they must think and act together to find a solution. Apparatus for these tasks, made of wood and cable, ranges from 10 inches to 10 feet above the ground. This problem-oriented approach can be useful in developing each person's confidence and awareness of decision making processes, leadership skills, and the obligations of each member within a group. Success means the involvement of all the group members. |

Both Wesley Woods and Reynoldswood have a Team Building Course. A trained instructor will guide your group through the course, asking questions and debriefing your group after the completion of each event. Check with us for times for course use. We guarantee that your group's self-esteem and group-building skills will dramatically improve after your participation on this course! |

Outdoor and Retreat Ministries is able to provide your church with a staff person to deliver the Sunday morning message and/or to share our summer camp promotional video to your church, Sunday School, coffee hour, potluck dinner, UMYF, UMM, UMW, COM, or other church meeting. CONFERENCE-WIDE RETREATS/PROGRAMS Outdoor and Retreat Ministries offers a variety of retreats for the families, individuals, and groups in fall, winter and spring. We also provide summer camps for children, youth and adults. Check out the Program calendar! The Outdoor and Retreat Ministries Office can be recruited to help churches and organization with registration and publicity for special events. Our office handled over 1,800 registrations for the Vision 2000 Training Event on October 7, 1995; as well as the publication of materials, publicity, and mailings. We also help with "A Journey with the Spirit" retreat each spring with publicity, registration, sound system and audio tape duplication. |

| O.R.M. can help churches with the planning and organization of retreats at either Wesley Woods Conference Center in Williams Bay, WI and Reynoldswood Christian Camp and Retreat Center in Dixon, IL. We have helped Family, Adult, Children, and Youth Coordinators; as well as, pastors and other church staff plan weekend and overnight retreats throughout the year. Several of these retreats have become traditions and are looked forward to every year by the members of the church. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Our staff can help with special events like a Chili Cook-off, a mixer, or a lock-in. Where we have provided games to get people interacting with others, name tags, special activities, crafts, and even line dancing. The possiblities are endless. | DREAM CATCHER INSTRUCTION | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Outdoor and Retreat Ministries have received requests for Dream Catcher Instruction. We provide 5" Dream Catcher kits, instruction (on how to make one with helpful tips).
We will share with participants the Native American Legend; as well as how the Dream Catcher is a symbol of the Body of Christ—the Church. |
