Call the Camp Registrar for reservations at 1-800-NIC-CAMP. Once you have reserved your place(s), you will receive a registration form(s) and health(s) through the mail or you may download the form (2 pages) from this webiste. These forms need to be return with the appropriate fee(s) or deposit(s) to confirm your reserved space(s). We suggest early registration. Our camps tend to fill up before January 1st.

Deposit Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 per person is due into the Outdoor and Retreat Ministries office to secure a reserved space in the Winter Camps for Youth. The entire fee is required to hold reservations for Family (Intergenerational) camps.

Cancellation Policy:

All events are held regardless of snow conditions. If there is no snow, other programming will be provided. Should the camp be canceled by Outdoor and Retreat Ministries, all paid funds will be returned.

Payment Information:

Retreat fees are $77 per person for each weekend attending. Please make checks out to Outdoor and Retreat Ministries for the camp fee(s). We also accept major credit cards. Full payment or total group deposit is requested for use of credit card.

Ski Fees:

The Chestnut Mountain group rates for the 2006-2007 season are $33 for a lift ticket only and $55 for lift ticket, rental of equipment, and lesson. For Alpine Valley Fees, please make checks out to Alpine Valley. Alpine Valley will not accept personal checks, but will accept group checks and cash.

The Alpine Valley Ski and Snowboard Resort group rates for the 2006-2007 season are $31 for a lift ticket only and $50 for lift ticket, rental of equipment, and lesson. For Alpine Valley Fees, please make checks out to Alpine Valley. Alpine Valley will not accept personal checks, but will accept group checks and cash.
